I have to say, you got the clothes spot on! I especially love the coloring on them! (^_^) Still, I think this piece could be a lot better if you paid attention to these three things:

1) References. References are your best friend, especially when drawing realistically. They help with proportions, shading, highlighting, and the overall feel of a piece. I feel like the proper reference could really help you with the ears, lips, and placement of the tear ducts.

2) Hair is like a mop. Honestly, hair has thousands to hundreds of thousands of strands. Having it one big chunk without any separation while in the air is the exact opposite of realistic.

3) Lines are awesome. Lines, depending on thickness and shade can show highlights, shading, and importance. Just adding a thin, almost invisible, black line around things can really help any piece.

Still, I really like the feel of this piece. The emotion on her face is really well done. It's clear you put a lot of time and effort into this and for that I applaud you! I would love to see more from you in future so keep up the great work! (^_^)
